i have been trying for 6 days changing the eboot and re doing the updates and nothing will let me go online just keep getting the same error message. i think maybe a setting in the rebug toolbox is wrong or in the debug settings*

Im not 100% but you could be account banned or cid banned from GTA. Have you tried going onto GTA on a different account?
