hey! do i have to jailbreak my ps3 to use ccapi 2.60 so i could mod gta on it? sry im new here so i got no idea:/

Yes, but you can mod Some games (like MW2) without a jailbreak

You need to have a jailbroken/CFW ps3

Free CID's are rare, an if you Find one most likely it won't work or it will get banned in a few hours, i would recommend buying a nee CID of a trusted seller
