im new to the moddingcommunity aswell, when u use SPRX u dont have to connect to target manager or ccapi. if you have multiman on your ps3 you can use all sprx menus.
heres a link how to use them:
A downside of those menus is that they are pretty shit and the aimbot features arent working for example.
