EDIT: Tried a Older Hdd and everything worked, so it is just that Hdd, But Still need help fixing it

You need to have a PSN account that you've sign on before, on that specific user for PlayStation Network to come up in connection test.

I can't sign in because it says the pass and email is wrong , when it's 100% correct , i can't make one either because it gives a error
