Modding old games about 50/50 you'll get away with it and not get banned that quickly, but say if you mod other games and require antiban but yet you don't use it there's a chance of getting console banned faster. But you will get banned anyways at some point lol.

Getting mod menus are easy it really depends on what type of menu and game, but most games do have .SPRX menus that are non host, if you'd like to know how to install sprx files here's the link!
