(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello guys!
Is it possible to convert .iso to .pkg ?

I need this because I have a couple of .iso format of PS2 games that when launched and started on the PS3 they freeze at a certain points! I have read months ago that if you convert .iso to .pkg the games can not freeze!

No never heard of that being done... i think if you wanted a game you'd find the .pkg for it

And if I can't find the PS2 Game in .pkg format I can't do anything for the games that freeze at certain points? (For example some at the Menu screen, others at one point of the story etc) Sal

Yeah pretty much screwed.. i could stand corrected but i'm confident you can't.

Okok..
Last two questions:
•If I find a .pkg (converted from .iso) does it need a RAP file such as other normal games?
•If I find and install a .pkg, can it be dangerous for my console? I mean: Can dangerous .pkg cause a brick for the PS3 or something like that? (I don't want to ruin my console installing strange .pkg, you know..)

switching a iso to PKG is possible if you have the right tools. I already tried it but it won't work for problems with the ps2 classic holder. So I made this tutorial after hours of testing till the iso worked fine.
