Hey if you have this error ( 80710016 ) Sony has blocked your current ip address on your router/modem just change your ip address either turning off router?modem or change in the back office of your router/modem setup or your is your gateway and insert it in the url gateway in the url should be something like this 10.0.0.238/gateway. Ip if you dont know where to find your gateway then if you have a PC/Computer that is on that wifi that is connected to the ps3 then open CMD command prompt is ok then type ip config and it will tell you your gateway then once you changed your router/modem ip then turn on PS3 go to setting/internet setting/internet connection test if PSN succeeded then your ok to back online beware even tho you may have changed your ip and PSN hasn't succeeded try sign in anyway to see what the error code is if its different to the the first error code then you might be CID ban just change cid then you should be right to go back online good luck peace...like if this helps you out mates.
