Installed QA toggle. Seems ok. Start it. Black screen for ten seconds. NO BEEP.

Key combo L1+L2+L3+R1+R2+Dpad Down while hovering over Network settings does nothing.

Tried rebooting several times, and I can't get it going.


Any hints on how to resolve?
