Do a barrel roll!
It took me about 20 minutes to find the chemical thrower to charge the Ferris Wheel one more time in A Shocking Turn of Events - Master Electrician, so I saved right before you fire the Chemical Thrower at the switch.
All you have to do is fire the gun, wait for the prompt, and use the switch. I already invented the trap bolt ammo and electric gel, fired the Trap Bolt, and found the Chemical Thrower.
I just realized that I could have made it even easier by firing the Chemical Thrower and saving such that all you had to do is use the switch! Oh well. If someone wants to further improve my save, go ahead!
