i take credit as i found this trophy hack, as i didnt see it anywhere i even searched google.

it doesnt matter what region you have i dont think as i used a us save for my gt5 hack and i got trophies.
i used fillezilla on the pc and ftp on the ps3 to transfer the files, which you would of known if you had red the gt5 hack.
Copy the files:
DATA
PARAM.PFD
Not sure what this unlocks, but i did one campaign race, the first place, and i did a zone race to be exact and it gave me the rest of campaign trophies and a few others, so try do some other things like a barrel roll i got a trophy for that too. list the trophies that you got and ill edit the first post.
Tested by me, and it works.

YES you do swap files by the pc thats how i did it, and you could probably use the file manager, so dont tell people my way is wrong when its proven right, when i did it that way.
