You cant get "You Know the Germans Make Good Stuff…" gow2 gold trophie with saves from 1st post, but I can help.

Here is my save, with 2/3 Uber Chests taken.

Ftp it to you ps3, load my 2nd save and go ahead for several minutes till you get here:

Use 3rd chest and get trophie Smile

Does this work? I am about 77% on GOW1 & 2. I'd like to get that Platinum but I CBA the Challenge of Olympus'. I suck at them and get pissed pretty easily.
