Nope as far as i know it doesn't work cause i used loads of other mods and they work fine for instance the XP mod :p

Rename getallACH.esp into GETALLACH.ESP and put the file in /DATA
edit fallout.ini like said in the discription and you'll be fine.

the fallout.ini is in the GAMES\BLES00901 (downloads and rips) map not the GAME\BLES00901 (homebrew and PSN)map
The map "GAMES" can also be:

Make sure to run the game from HDD using Gaia Manager or other Game manager, and not to run from bluray disc
when running the game from BD nothing happens, because the fallout.ini from the BD isn't edited, so make sure to run the right one

Hey Raven,
Make sure to install Gaia Manager or other game manager to run the iso's it's best to use CFW Kmeaw if already on 3.55
Multiman gave problem's for me too, but gaia is working GR3AT!
