hey with this save would i be able to get the up to the challenge, and unhuman trophies cause thats all i need for the platinum?

hi im having trouble with this game save can some one please help me. im getting an error every time i try to load it is telling me i cant use a gamesave that i dont own..... i ftp'd it to my ps3 and im so confused please help
