Apparently not. There was also another user who uploaded their progress file and it didn't work so I don't think it'll work.

Can’t trickshot me!
It's a shame, I had to grind for 2-3 hours to reach level 20 on both Cop and Racer, just wish I could've prevented the hassle for others.
