Use the first save here;

Start chapter challenge, Chapter 17 on master ninja. Complete it.

When thats done and your back at the main menu. You will get trophies for completing the game on Acolyte, Warrior, Mentor and Master ninja.

For the chapter trophies, you simply just play those chapters at chapter challenge on acolyte for example. Easy peasy.
What I really would like now, is a save with all chapter challenges done, except 1 mission on each difficulty. Kinda sucks to beat the game 4 times in a row.
