-now it's considered your save
-copy this save via usb to your ofw 3.56
-load the save ingame (it will load because the sfo is overwritten for your account)
-trophies should pop and you can sync them
the same effect can be achieved by:
data transfer from the 3.55 to 3.56
upgrading the hdd via the backup restore
it won't work in these cases:
savegame is copyprotected (which you can remove with sfoedit; CONFIRM?)
savegame gets corrupted after load (ex. SSF4)

if you have a friend with a ofw 3.56 you can ask him to put your account on and use your saves to sync.

yes it is limited to the same ps3, so if you use that backup data on another ps3 the copy protected save files will not copy over, i only play copy protected save games on my cfw ps3 because i can backup the saves with ftp.

yeah that is the only problem some saves just corrupt when you try to save over them or it says "no save data found" like in super street fighter 4.
