Say you had already achieved a trophy which was already synced with PSN, but you again achieved it on another account/PS3. After then syncing the CFW trophies, which one takes precedence/priority and is publicly visible. The first time you achieved the trophy or the latest time you achieved it? Does the CFW one overwrite the original one?

Don't think I have worded this very clearly,but hopefully you understand the question

normally, the time displayed when you have earned it the first time.

it is at least if you had earned on nerve ofw 2 times the same.
i do not know now why it should be different with a cfw.

The first time you achieved the trophy will stay, getting it again does nothing. When you sync your trophies ,you're not only uploading trophies you've earned to the server, you're also downloading any of the missing trophies that you previously syncd to your PS3 so the one you earned first will be downloaded, earning a trophy again does nothing.
