Does transferring a game save give you the relevant trophies and what's the risk of getting banned with Sony?

What are the chances of getting banned with a jailbroken console?

Sorry for the noobish questions but i'm transferring over from the 360 Happy

Any other advice would be appreciated.

depends on the game mate, some game saves can be exploited without cfw (jailbreak) search the forums mate.

some saves require cfw and some are just simple usb save hacks most of them are cfw though and yes you can still do saves hacks although right now it's a bit pointless becasue you can't sync anything on psn.

it depends on the save file some give you instant platinum some gives you platinum with multiple saves, so far no one has been banned from trophy hack. (unless you get really greedy then there is high risk)

none becasue you can't go online via psn with a cfw ps3 currently.
