I personally made this save and have tested it on another account of mine
Just drag it on with CFW
It will unlock the trophy: Miles on the Clock for LA Noire

You know you can easily just drive during the normal missions and by the end of the game you essentially unlock it.

Or just use this save
One sounds easier than the other
