Both of those consoles have my psn account on, the 3.55cfw has trophy hacks via ftp, while the other one has legitimate trophies. My question is, if I transfer everything from the 3.55 (with 3.70 spoof) over to the 3.70ofw, will I be able to sync the new trophies I have obtained on the cfw ps3?

the trophys will not be transfered.

you can only earn trophy with the transfered savehacks on the ofw ps3 and than you can sync.

So say if I was to update the 3.55cfw to 3.70ofw, I'd be able to sync all the new trophies I have popped?

Yes, then you can sync the new trophys but your cfw is away...

better is you transfer the saves via datatransfer to a ofw ps3. then you can pop up trophys and sync.

but you need 2 ps3's. one with ofw 3.70 and one with cfw 3.55 with 3.70 spoof.
