(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, Here is my question I have two consoles PS3 SLIM 160GB Rebug 3.55 spoofed to 3.72 and I have a regular 3.72 160GB Slim. Now my question is can I take my OFW HDD and PUT it in my rebug and do the procedure where I can boot the HDD without formating? Please answer and Thanks for the Help. I will +rep when Rep is back.

there are people saying they can but i dont think it's possible cause the console id's dont match unless you have a cloned ps3 :p

You can´t , when You put a new hard drive ,Your ps3 will always ask you to format it before use it

Actually there a method he could use to swap. To make it not format, I do it all the time.

It doesen't work for my 40 gb FAT PS3, haven't tried with my 60 or 250 gb yet.
