you cant get banned for game sharing, gamesharing is totally allow. That's why there is a 5 download limit.

you can get banned for game sharing the 5 slots are for you nobody else, you aren't supposed to give out your account details

its for family members, i have never heard of any1 getting banned for tht before

You will have to either settle the ban with Sony through compensation or buy a new console.

And @Shalemari read Sony's TOC.....gamesharing is not permitted.

very few get banned for it, but you can get banned for game sharing
