i went and plaid around for the first time with hex editor etc
and all credit goes to glitchboy.
i changed the region and updated his US save to EU save and works.
added to xploder and also uploaded to mediafire

Can’t trickshot me!
I don't know if its something with the Xploder database (I know they're doing a lot of cleaning up) and mixed up the saves. I'd recommend downloading the save from the link I provided and copy/re-sign the save manually with Xploder.
Its strange that a few saves are working for some but not for others.
