I will update this post every once in a while with new saves

After hours of trial and error i found finally worked out what you need to do to get the saves to work, there might be some variation or unnessessary steps, but this is what i did to get the treasure saves to work.
Note: I'm not sure if it required you need a save that has all chapters unlocked, as i finished the game before doing the save and i already had all chapters unlocked, so the following steps are under that assumption.

As the uncharted 3 save system has two save files i'll refer to them as "bt_0"= actual game save, and "bt_P"= Profile, or the settings save.

1. Backup your Bt_0 and bt_P saves somewhere just in case something goes wrong (on pc or the psn cloud)
2. Load up the game and go to chapter select, and select the chapter the missing treasure is found and set it on easy. Once the chapter has started press start and press save and save the game on the save file that is there. (should be save 1).
3. Exit the game and copy over the bt_P save onto USB and take it to your pc.
4. copy all files except the .sfo file from the treasure save (making sure it is from the bt_P save folder) and paste+replace the files in the bt_P folder on your USB
5. Start up Xploder and copy the save to pc, then pc back to usb to make it do the integrity check and overwrite.
6.Take USB back to ps3 and copy the save from the USB onto the ps3, overwriting the savefile on the ps3
7. start up the game again and check 'treasure' under 'Bonuses' from the main menu, this should be the same as before (Not 100% sure if it is necessary to run uncharted 3 after copying bt_P)
8.Exit the game and first delete bt_P save off of the USB, and copy over bt_0 from ps3 onto the USB (i found xploder was being an ass with these two files together)
9. once again take the USB to pc and copy all files except the .sfo file from the treasure save (making sure it is from the bt_0 save folder this time) into the bt_0 folder on your USB replacing files when the dialoge box comes up.
10. resign with xploder as before
11. copy the save from the USB onto the ps3 and overwrite the savefile on ps3
12. load up uncharted 3 and check 'treasure' under 'Bonuses' from the main menu again. This time it should say something like 59/100, 79/100 or 99/100
13. Continue game from checkpoint following OP's instructions with the save file and you are good as gold.

i will try these out when nd decides to fix the loading issue with the game as i bought it recently and cant get past the loading ring at the beginning... thanks though for the save all the same.

If you have already tried deleting the game install/patch from the ps3 and it is still like that running straight off the disc, then you may need to consider returning it for an exchange where ever you bought it. A guy i know had the same issue where he couldn't get passed the spinning ring at the beginning of the game, and tried deleting the game install and patch but with no luck. He went back and exchanged it and the new copy he had worked fine. Not sure what the cause of it is, but if the new patch coming out in a couple of weeks doesn't solve that, you may be better off trying with a new disc.


no worries hopefully it works as i too had a lot of trouble getting the saves to work, for the same reasons people have mentioned previously, i just hope it's a workaround that works with everyone and not just me.

if anyone is having the problem when you load up a save and its the same file as before its due to uncharted saving to hd.... very simple go to game data and delete the 100kb uncharted save will fix all youre problems you dont need the profile parts wen doing this i discovered this after i thought the treasure saves were glitched..

it doesnt seem to unlock 100 treasures when you copy and xplode the 0 and P it is just at the same check point on chapter 16 and sitting at 80 treasures and only beat up till chapter 16
