There's one that I found and uploaded to the Xploder database, it's a BLES, so if you have a US copy, you'll need to do the region change thing. But I used it and know it works. You just need to call up Packie and take him out for a drink or something. Just be sure to do it around 6pm so you don't upset him and lose points.

I used xploder to resign this save and the trophy popped on load up.

Can this be saved? I'm about 20 races short of getting it, so hopefully won't be too far away once my boosting partner gets back online... will make a copy of my save before the last event.
Fly the co-op has already been done on it, so wonder if you could unlock that too from it.
