Could you give an exact description? I did it on an EU save too, maybe thats different (though itwas the same save if you know what I mean). I loaded the blank save, beat the bandersnatches then nosferatu. Then after it saved, reset to main menu, into battlemode and beat Clair Umbrella?

Yeah thats all you should have to do. Did you get an A rank with Claire Umbrella?
