I created the savegames on CFW with pkg magic infinite and infinite money and works well with xploder ... The trophies are not released at the moment but it is enough to make a killing with every weapon and with every magic to unlock the trophy .... have fun!

Learned The Unrivaled Soaring.
Learned The Invisible Path.
Learned The Izuna Drop.
Learned The Guillotine Throw.
Learned The Art of Inferno.
These trophies will unlock playing the campaign in chapters 1 - 2 - 4

Make sure you are using the platinum save 'system data' (you will know because all chapters will have master ranking on all difficulties)
Top pop these trophies, go to chapter challenge and earn master ranking on any 1 chapter on each of those difficulties.

If you are using the saves of this post will have the godmode, but remember not to use any statue to save game. If you use them, you lose the godmode.
When using the save, go to chapters mode and select Continue (I think with the triangle button). You start in the last chapter with godmode.
I hope that is the reason why you could not get the trophy.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that there is only a select few (of chapters with a checkpoint) that has God Mode activated. Also, when you load up the checkpoints they're all on ACOLYTE difficulty which makes it impossible to obtain the Mastered the Master Ninja difficulty trophy. I did one chapter for the Mastered MENTOR trophy but Master Ninja difficulty is for experts lol.
