It's fairly simple once you know what to do.
1. Take any Game Save from your account that you want the BF3 Save on (could me a MW3 Save).
2. Move this Game Save onto your USB Device.
3. Download the BF3 Save and extract the files.
4. Put the BF3 Save on your USB Device.
5. Load Xploder with the USB Device.
6. Move the BF3 Save into 'My PS3 Gamesaves' on the left.
7. Drag and drop the BF3 Save from the left onto the MW3 Save (as example).
8. Delete the MW3 Save and load up the BF3 Save onto your PS3 account.
9. Load the game, pop trophies.
