Complete all rays stories and complete medium-very hard difficulty that's all I needed for platinum but I'm sure all the trophies that require one of something would unlock just complete mission 8 takes 3 minutes max on very hard all you have to do is ride a horse to the hat marker then the trophies that I got will pop maybe more
