I tested it seems no trophies pop but it is 100% for sure I need to get dlc to see if it works with it of course maybe it work then. course that game seems like it is mostly u get it when u do it. so may not help.

Just tested it with Xploder and Advanced Research DLC installed with current update. No trophies pop on load and no trophies are earned while playing or completion on any levels. In fact, the game recognizes the save as if it was brand new. Once i copied the save I tested it out and "New Game" was only selectable.
