tutorial:
1. Extract the savegame you just downloaded (if not downloaded, the download is down there)
2. On your PS3, make a backup of your original save and delete, copy the save that you downloaded to your PS3 (in the "My Saved Games")
3. Start the game, a stage play in "Season" and all the offline trophies will come to your account, then go online and and win a race (first), and all the trophies will come to your account online, soon after coming to platinum and a 100%

now i tried this myself it's not really a 100% instant plat save. all i got was the career mode trophies not including the win one of the the events like air strike. online i have not tried and the two time trials trophies does unlock.

actually how i made mine load was i did buy all the dlc including the time savers and i had 30% of trophies and i was on season 6 before i put this one in.

it does just recreate the situation. time doesnt matter just finish. is it a instant plat? or i have to work on it?

Im just trying to help and good to know that..
I didnt test the save i just saw that was on blus so I asked if you want a bles save, to be easier for those like me with eu version

yes please , but i think this give an error on load that the profile dont match a trophy
and that we should win at least one tournment for trophy to pop
