tutorial:
1. Extract the savegame you just downloaded (if not downloaded, the download is down there)
2. On your PS3, make a backup of your original save and delete, copy the save that you downloaded to your PS3 (in the "My Saved Games")
3. Start the game, a stage play in "Season" and all the offline trophies will come to your account, then go online and and win a race (first), and all the trophies will come to your account online, soon after coming to platinum and a 100%

now i tried this myself it's not really a 100% instant plat save. all i got was the career mode trophies not including the win one of the the events like air strike. online i have not tried and the two time trials trophies does unlock.

xploder. like i said in the page before maybe that's why it loaded for me or that i used my own sfo and game pic. all i did was copy everything else but those two and sent it to xploder.
