If you get the error that your missing a DLC when your loading a new save. Exit to the main menu and load the save from there.

Save set 1
Save 1 = Old School Gamer
Use the pc to read Megan's email. Make sure to read all her e-mail
Save 2 = First Takedown + Ghost
Press the circle button to takedown your first enemy.
For the ghost trophy continue playing
Move the box at the forklift and place it in front of the other 2 boxes
Now you can jump on the red containers. Climb the ladder. Move the box on the rightside
Now you can crawl through the tunnel. Turn the switch and continue on into the airvent
Save 3 = First Hack
Simply Hack the door panel
Save 4 = Unforseen Consequense
(Try to free Josie>Empathize>Empathize>Reason)
Save 5 = Balls
Dont move! And press the square button to release to ball.
Save 6 = Lesser Evil
Talk to him to complete the quest
Save 7 = The Desk Job
(plead>plead>crush>plead)
Save 8 = Up The Ante
Combine the reload speed kit with tranquilizer rifle
Save 9 = hax0r + Transhumanist
Upgrade hacking: stealth & hack the pc inside the appartment front of you
Save 10 = The take + cloak & daggers
Talk to her to complete the quest
Save 11 = Gun nut

OK, noob question. Never done anything with game saves before so this is my first time trying this sort of thing.
I downloaded the saves, and used Bruteforce to re-sign and re-encrypt using my ID. I changed the region to BLUS30476 as well. I can copy the re-signed saves to my PS3 without any errors, and they appear under my Game Save Data folder.
However, when I start the game (I have the free PS+ version) the game saves that I copied do not appear under the Load menu. The only saves that appear are my existing saves from my play-through last month. The re-signed saves don't appear in-game.
Did I do something wrong? My PS3 isn't hacked and it's basically in an out of the box state so I don't know if maybe these files won't work with it. Also, I don't know what my console ID is (not sure if that matters).
