well trhe company of modnation racers made it twice.. on modnation racers for ps3 and once for vita version so anything is possible.
Pc had an update in June 1

I wrote to R* regarding this issue and they told me that it was intentional that it's this hard.
What update did the pc version get? I'm certain it has nothing to do with NYMHC.

Was mainly about graphics and mouse issues, they fixed something on NYMHC but was about graphics
