you need to delete the game install and not install patches until after you've done unlocked the trophies using the save

thanks bro ...also if anyone have cfw ps3 I got another idea bout it
seems there is a way around to perminantely delete this trophy as it never exist in the game ...ask me HOW?
will easy listen up and listen carefuly ...
we all (as cfw owners) know that each game keeps its trophies file called TROPUSR.DAT
inside of TROPHY directory which can be found in this order
1- dev_hdd0
2- home
3- 00000001 (1 is the number of how many accounts on ur cfw ps3 so if u have 3 acc... u should see
00000001
00000002
00000003
you pick the account where u installed max payne in usually max will be presented in all accounts just in case
4- open TROPHY directory inside your choosen account
5- NPWR# (this is trial and error in here cuz you'll end up with a lot of NPWR# files in order to tell which one belongs to MAX u'll have to open each one and copy the ICON0.PNG to ur desktop open it & see if this icon is MAX all ICON0.PNGs are icons of the games cover ...once u find that certain ICON0.PNG belong to MAX then
5- copy TROPUSR.DAT to ur computer
6- this step will have two parts as following you only need to follow one of them its ur choice
A- you can open TROPUSR.DAT with notepad ++ and all trophies lines will be there (trophy name..active or inactive details of this trophy) see NYHC trophy line and simply delete it (you got to delete this trophy line from all the languages supported not only English,, in TROPUSR.DAT there is like 4 languages for ONE trophy its just a matter of languages supporting for that trophy I mean if I'm a german speaker I install MAX and pick German as the official lang for all characters speech so even the trophies will be detailed in that lang...
B- You got to edit this trophy in seperate way of the other trophies its a long process but have been profen to work
here is a link that best explained what u need in this part READ IT CAREFULLY and start where he said Editing the TROPUSR.DAT file section in middle of the page

after you done of that A/b part just figure out how to share that account with others
things like u gonna create new offline cfw account and hack/delete that trophy from that account and just see if someone will provide u
with his acc pass/mail so u can transfer that offilne acc to back to 4.21 and use his pass/mail to upload all trophies without NYHC being there
