you need to delete the game install and not install patches until after you've done unlocked the trophies using the save

How much are you charging? It's good to always have a backup plan
Also makes things easier since you live in Germany as well

guys im having trouble getting the "hardcore" payne in the ass trophy, i trying to follow the tut above but i cant seem to get the trophy itself ...
my question is where do i have to quit in game? is it after i destroy the plane (in old school diff. mode) ? quitting by pressing the home button of the controller since you cant quit after you destroy the plane bec of the cinematics,
then loading again by continue then when at game, pause again ,then go to settings change to hardcore mode, (this will be loaded at the plane shooting itself) , then after i shot down the plane nothing happens.... no trophy pop up...
i already done the old school trophy a long time ago, but im stuck at hardcore trophy, is there any youtube video that can help? ...
guys pls help ... thanks

It was patched. You must delete the Game Data (NOT THE SAVE DATA), and it will work. After that just download the patch again to play online.
