It will not unlock all trophies, however. You will still need to unlock King Bling yourself.
The best way to go about that trophy is by grinding out chapter 9. You can average about 350k every 15-20 minutes.

P.S. Sometimes the game will freeze at the loading screen when reading the new save. Do not get hasty and reset your ps3. Just wait a few minutes and it will load as normal again.

Included is a save found by Dormin which will unlock King Bling after purchasing the last ugrade. Credit to the owner, whoever you are!

If so on US and EU I'm not sure, on Japan no! The reason is the game should have platinum but instead only have 100% but not 200 - 300 points, gives like 500 (messed up list) so the game was discontinued in Japan.
