It will not unlock all trophies, however. You will still need to unlock King Bling yourself.
The best way to go about that trophy is by grinding out chapter 9. You can average about 350k every 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
P.S. Sometimes the game will freeze at the loading screen when reading the new save. Do not get hasty and reset your ps3. Just wait a few minutes and it will load as normal again.
EDIT::
Included is a save found by Dormin which will unlock King Bling after purchasing the last ugrade. Credit to the owner, whoever you are!

Hi, everybody. My council - make at first "King Bling" trophy, and then use "91%-BLUS30456-PROFILE" and then you receive all trophies and platinum.
P.S. to establish a patch 1.03 and to come into Online the Multiplayer! Everything perfectly works. Many thanks guys.
