This is up to the final part of the last mission. I haven't completed it myself so it's not tested. Kill the final HVT and the trophies should pop up for Vet and Elite.

Advanced Warfighter
Loose Ends.

Only thing left that is hard is getting 80 on all levels and beat all coop missions.
I haven't played Guerrilla mode yet so I can't comment on that.

I am working on 80 percent, gureilla, level 50(don't think it works by saves), and challenges. Will take some time. Coop needs to be done by someone else since my friends refuse to play it since they suck lol

You only get Loose Ends, it looks like you'll have to do mission by mission saves in order for it to work 100%.
If you look at all the trophies, you do have to complete a mission in order to get a trophy for that mission itself.
This is only going to maybe pop up one or two, i've done it already.
