This is up to the final part of the last mission. I haven't completed it myself so it's not tested. Kill the final HVT and the trophies should pop up for Vet and Elite.

This unlocks

Future Soldier
Another day in the Office
Advanced Warfighter
Loose Ends.

thanks for the save but there are only two trophies are pop up... both are bronze... 90% in a mission and the other is the trophie for that mission completing... no elite or veteran trophie! test it with dummy account!
but thanks for doing it
