This is the platinum save for the game. I'm not sure if it was ever released in Europe or anywhere else since NASCAR is mostly an American niche in motorsports. Anyways, I'm sure it will unlock some of the trophies, but not sure if online progress is stored in the save or on the servers.

If I had the game still I'd test before posting, but I don't. So if anyone tests it please reply with what trophies unlocked for you and what you did to unlock them. I'm really hoping mastering all courses will unlock becuase that was the longest grind and somewhat of a pain in the ass.
