This is taken from ps3 trophies website. Is fairly self explanatory:

As soon as you unlock a Muggle Character replay the Forbidden Forest level on Year 1 and just kill any wasps that appear. After you have killed the 10th one the trophy should pop.

At some stage replay the level as a muggle and follow the guide and trophy complete.
