There are files in the xploder database that say 100% but are of different region and after I convert them from NPEB to NPUB, they show up as a new save with nothing completed.

I uploaded a US region save to the Xploder database that will help unlock all trophies in about 5-10 minutes. Just resign it and when it loads, play a game in each single player mode and then play a sumo match in multiplayer with the AI and you should have 100%. For some reason, the region change trick would not work with this save.
