Ever since I've been on here, I've had the Thanks and +Rep options. Sometimes the Thanks button disappears, however, but it does return after a while :think:. Haven't seen the Groan option yet, but I don't think I'd ever use it anyways :whistle:

thank button disappear if you rep or thank a lot in a day, I think the max you can give is 200 rep per day.
