Update : Delete the patch before loading the save for all trophies to pop (41%)
You should update your post bro. I mess a little bit with your save and found all a way so you don't need to delete that game update. All you need to do is resign BOTH the file, YES the autosave and the Gameoption and disable internet connection and start the game and the trophies will pop up. Tried and tested by me and some NGU user who replied on my post of sleeping Dogs saveset.

Ok I will try it now.... Need to delete 5.7 gig =.= and after install need to install patch 1 gig so for people who wants these trophies be warned!!! After delete gamesave make sure you disable internet connection and start up the game. After getting these trophies you will need to intall patch (995 mb). Just saying.

Jup dude, you need to remove your patch ( whole game data 5.7 gb) by going to GAME - GAME UTILITY - Sleeping Dogs - hit Triangle and Delete that Sh!t.
After you delete your game go to Setting and Disable internet connection.
Start up game and after that the trophies will pop up.
!!!!!!!BUG : You will hear 10 time 'Ping' soud - the sound you unlocked a trophy. You only see you get the Slight Silver and the Pure Gold trophies.... But if you look to your trophy list All the trophies that was mensions in this post are unloked.

Ok i messed around with your save and found out you can get more trophies by spending 5 mins playing Sleepings Dogs:
Kleptomaniac: Hijack 5 trucks and collect their cargo. Brons
Just hijack one truck- !! you will having a hard time escaping the cops!!
Karaoke Superstar: Achieving 90% and above for all songs at the Karaoke Bars in HK. Brons
Just sing one song-[Not difficult go to BAM BAM club and sing the first song- You need to achieve more then 90 % - Which isn't difficult. After completing the song you get the trophy
Whatever's Handy: Use 10 different melee weapons to defeat enemies. Brons
Just kill one 18K memberwith a melee waepon. Civilians don't count-Just go to the trunk of a car and pick a Iron thingy :p and kill a 18K member with it and trophy will pop up.
Gun Nut: Use 10 different firearms to defeat enemies. Brons
Just kill one 18K memberwith a gun. Civilians don't count-Go to trunk of a police car and pick up the gun and kill a 18k member with it and BAM trophy is yours.
Tourist & Infowlable: Win a bet on a cockfight & Win 50,000 on a single cockfight. Both Brons
Easy trophy: Go to cockfight in Kennedy Docks and bet 75,000 on a cock, since you have lots of money, keep betting 'till your cock wins...Awkard Moment...
Martial Law: Defeat all 4 Martial Arts Clubs. Brons

ok...i did try everything
1.Delete the 5++Gb game data
2.Delete Save data + Option
3.Xplode the above save + option data, save back to my ps3 [again]
4.Start game with new data installation [no patch v1.01 and 1.02 installed]
5.Continued form the game save [not loading it]
6.no trophy for :
Ultimate Fighter, North Point Scavenger, Central Scavenger, West End Scavenger, Bounty Hunter, Hong Kong Super Hacker, Spiritual Healing, Auto Enthusiast [wait about 1/2 hour gameplay]

Dude You need to delete GameDATA not savegame and game option. Did you disable internet connection and try to start
the game without internet connection. normally after starting up the game. Load the game with the Auto-Save game
form Load/Save menu:
Go in Menu to Load/Save ---> Wait...--> Choose the AutoSave Save and wait. Let me know if the trophies still didn't
popup after you did the steps.

Sometimes if you replace the autosave game and you press continue at the main menu you conitue the game form the
savegame and not form the AutoSave. Just try to load the AutoSave insteat of pressing Continue--
You still need to delete your 5++Gb GAMEDATA

mate, see No.1 i deleted the game data....and before the game start, it install the data again, right? and i do try loading not continuing...well it's ok...maybe it not my luck...thanks
