Do I just need to put in my SFO into saves or is there other stuff I need to do to make them work?

Would someone kindly explain to me why I can't access the US saves? What do I have to do to be able to get them? Or could someone else share them please? I'm mainly trying to get the khkudhgfjvbkl save for Clean Hands/Ghost Trophies.

It should work, although you might need to resign it
