Go to the game data and open Data0.pak with Winrar or 7zip and drag or insert he achievements.xml,it should auto save it.
Start up a game and the trophies should start popping
Only works on a backed up game,not tested on the psn version but may work on that aswell

Where is Data0.pak located? is it in the game file? Sorry for the dumb question but i'm new to this, so dumbing it down would be much appreciated!

This may work with the psn\digital version,But you will need a cfw to edit the file then data transfer back to your ofw.

PSN version works fine after transferring/editing.
