Go to the game data and open Data0.pak with Winrar or 7zip and drag or insert he achievements.xml,it should auto save it.
Start up a game and the trophies should start popping
Only works on a backed up game,not tested on the psn version but may work on that aswell

if i buy the psn Version on my ofw ps3 and then i doing datatransfer to Cfw ps3. And after editing the file on cfw i do transfering back to ofw.

winrar open it Just first open WinRar ---> in program use Open Archive --> Change to Display all files and choice Data.0 all works fine
