i have the exactly same problem m8! seems like its happening to everybody that is renewing their keys atm...

I have had the same, but today they replied to my ticket on their support and i have had the license manually corrected as something on their end didn't do it automatically which seems like could be same for you
i sent them a ticket 3 days ago about the problem but havent got any reply yet

did they answer through their ticket system or did you get a mail? and did you have to do anything more after they manually reseted the key or did it just work all of a sudden then?
