(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); has anybody got the same problem

I renewed my license using my existing product key and it's still expired so can't use the software.

I contacted support but no reply

any suggestions ?

The replies i got were through the ticket and email comes through saying there has been a reply, just keep pestering them and say you are wondering wether to get your money back as this is ridiculous, its funny how fast they get things done when they think they going to lose money, tbf xploder support is a shambles

I get the message that I have to buy a new licence within the next 30 days.

well ill give them time untill wednesday as its new years eve now, but if they dont do anything untill that ill start threatening them just as you said.. and yes i totally agree xploder support can seriously fuck off...

I keep trying to buy xploder again since they wont respond to me, but their website is down?

Wait it out/buy Gamegenie/ try KG save resigner

i tried KG save resigner but doesnt support that many games.

i have the same problem of the friends...

bought, pay and not received the new license!

i haven't had any problems with my xploder... works fine around here, no warning whatsoever
